About us

Objectives

The main objective of QUSTom is to introduce a new medical imaging modality that can complement or even replace current modalities that use X-ray due to its safety, scalability and quality.

Workplan

The objectives of the project will be achieved through activities organized in five work packages: Project Management (WP1), Image and Uncertainty Generation(WP2), Technology enablement (WP3), Clinical Feasibility Study (WP4), Exploitation, Communication and Dissemination (WP5).

Partners

The consortium of QUSTom consists of 6 expert institutions (5 partners and 1 associate partner) internationally renowned in their particular fields such as ultrasound imaging, computer simulations and breast cancer diagnosis.
